Iri

A lot of solutions for tracking time exist already. However many of them come with their shortcomings: bad or not effictient UX, the need for a cloud or way too many features including budgeting, invoicing etc.

Iri aims to be the opposite: A simple and clean interface that runs locally on your machine. It gives you a clear overview of what you need: tracking time on projects.

Productivity first

Iri is simple by design: Users can create clients and client projects. Then they can start tracking time. That’s it.

Since time tracking is usually something nobody really wants to do but needs to anyways, Iri aims to reduce the friction as much as possible.

Time reports are easy

Usually you don’t need much – the client just wants to know your current budget or you want to check yourself.

Iri generates a simple weekly report that can be exported to CSV by the click of a button, so it can be used in other tools easily.

Fuzzy search

Searching the correct project to create a timer adds that little bit of friction that makes you do it less – especially when a lot of things happen in parallel. A fuzzy search allows you to enter terms quickly and find directly what you are looking for – be it the client, the project title or the project number.

MacOS native

In order for Iri to be present all the time, it is a native MacOS application that sits in your system tray. Everything is beautifully crafted to fit into the MacOS native APIs, and look and feel.
